[ 01 ] The correction

You've been here before.

A CMDB nobody trusts. Workflows that broke the day the last consultant rolled off. A roadmap that turned out to be a sales deck. We built this practice for the people cleaning that up.

  1. 01

A bench of juniors learning on your platform

Senior consultants who have solved this before

  2. 02

Dedicated employees who work together every day

    Go-live, invoice, disappear

Documentation and governance that outlive the engagement

[ 02 ] How we start

Speed to trust.

Most partners spend the first month learning your environment. We spend it earning your confidence. You will know inside the first sprint whether we are the right team, because you will be looking at work instead of slideware.

We tell you what is actually wrong

Usually it is the data layer, not the workflows sitting on top of it. That is a harder conversation and a cheaper fix than rebuilding twice.

We lead with the plan

You should not have to design the answer for us. We bring the strategy and the architecture, you tell us where it is wrong, and then we build it.

We put names on the work

The consultants in your first meeting are the consultants doing the delivery. Nobody gets swapped out after the sale.

[ 03 ] Why Norseman

Four things we will not trade away.

01

Forged in Defense.

For over 35 years Norseman has delivered for the federal government. The discipline came first. The platform practice was built on top of it, not the other way around.

02

The Shield Wall Holds.

We do not scale by thinning the line. Every engagement is staffed senior, every time.

03

We Know the Terrain.

DoD, DISA, JFHQ, SPAWAR. We have delivered inside the environments other partners write proposals about.

04

The Platform Remembers.

Six months post-launch the audit trail still holds. What we leave behind is what lets your team carry it forward.

[ 04 ] How we finish

Go-live is not the outcome.

The project ends. The outcome doesn't. Every firm in this category says they are outcome-focused, then optimizes for the last day of the engagement. We would rather be judged in month six, when we are gone and your team is running it alone.

01

We optimize for the first day you don't need us

Most partners optimize for the last day of the project. That is why so many platforms start decaying the week the consultants roll off.

02

What we leave behind is the deliverable

Documentation your team can actually use. Governance that survives turnover. An audit trail that answers for itself when someone asks six months later.

03

Speed that creates cleanup is not speed

We lead with architecture because shortcuts taken in month one get paid for in year two, usually by someone who was not in the room.

Questions we get

Straight answers.

What does Norseman Services do?

We deliver ServiceNow advisory, architecture, and implementation for federal agencies, defense, healthcare, higher education, and regulated industries. Work spans the full platform, from foundational data and CMDB discipline through automation, security and risk, AI readiness, and long-term governance.

How is Norseman different from a large systems integrator?

Large integrators staff engagements from a pyramid, with a few senior people on top and a bench of juniors underneath learning on your platform. We do not have that bench. Every consultant on your engagement is senior, and the architects who design the solution are the ones who build it.

Do you work in cleared and classified environments?

If the work requires clearance, the people on it hold it. Most of our consultants hold Secret clearance or higher, with clearances held up to Top Secret and TS/SCI, and most have worked inside DoD, federal civilian, or intelligence community environments. We have delivered at DISA, JFHQ, and NIWC LANT, and were the first ServiceNow partner to implement Customer Service Management at DISA.

We already have a partner and it is not going well. Can you take over?

That is most of what we do. Rescue and remediation work is our common starting point, and it usually begins with an honest assessment of what is actually broken, which is often the data layer rather than the workflows sitting on top of it.

Which ServiceNow products do you implement?

Across the platform, including ITSM, CSM, CMDB and CSDM, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, and Now Assist and agentic AI capabilities. We lead with the business outcome rather than the module, then use whichever parts of the platform serve it.

How do we get started?

A thirty-minute call with the consultants who would run the work. No discovery deck, no sales engineer handoff. You describe the situation and we tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.
